Honoring Dalmatia’s ancestral resilience—where people survived without fertile land or doctors, guided by deep herbal knowledge—this piece turns the simple lollipop into a poetic critique of biodiversity loss and a tribute to plant-based survival wisdom.

Each lollipop is a tiny masterpiece, infused with edible essential oils and adorned with delicate, locally sourced plants, showcasing the vibrant flora that defines this land.
In Poljica, the tradition of foraging and savoring wild edible plants thrives, rooted in centuries of wisdom. While the world consumes less than 1% of its edible plant species (approximately 150–200 out of an estimated 50,000), Poljica’s people embrace a richer diversity, gathering over 80 varieties of wild herbs for food and remedies.
Flowerpops™ are meticulously crafted using isomalt, a sugar substitute that ensures dazzling clarity, allowing the beauty of wild herbs to shine through.
Infused with our blend of edible essential oils, these treats offer a gentle medicinal touch, reflecting the region’s belief in nature’s healing power.
Poljica’s cuisine is a testament to simplicity, where a few potent herbs elevate every dish. Unlike spice-heavy cuisines, here, less is more. Our lollipops embody this philosophy, using minimal yet impactful ingredients.
